2026 Prices
This is suitable for an individual, family or group.
At least one member of the family or group must be 18 or older.

* The family cap covers 1 or 2 parents, with their dependant children up to 17 and/or their dependant children in full time education.
Payment
A £50 deposit will be requested for each residential room once the booking is confirmed and should be paid by 31 December 2025 to secure the booking.
Invoices are due to be issued on 1 March 2026 with full payment being due by the end of that month unless an instalment plan has been agreed.
Practical points
Residents may arrive from 2:00pm on Monday to register and check into their rooms. Rooms should be vacated by 10:00am on Saturday. Early arrivals cannot routinely be accommodated.
Residential Accommodation comprises single en-suite bedrooms usually located in Derby, Harris, Jarman, Jebb, Leverhulme, and/or Princess Royal Halls. Bed linen, soap, towels and all meals and drinks are provided.
